Merit Mining holds a 47.5% interest in the 3,600 hectare Joint Venture lands located in the Greenwood Mining Division approximately 24 kilometres east of Osoyoos, BC south of provincial highway 3, approximately 27 kilometres east of Osoyoos, BC. The property stretches south to the International Boundary within 10 kilometres of Kinross' Crown Jewel deposit that contains 1.4 million ounces of gold.

Core drilling on the Property in the 1990's yielded some impressive intersections in the Ket 28 zone: 6.1 meters grading 0.25 opt gold, 3.4 meters grading 1.52 opt gold and 4.3 meters grading 0.11 opt gold.
